We understand that putting together fitness equipment can be daunting. That's why we now offer an optional assembly service to help you get your equipment up and running in no time.

Note: Assembly Service is offered for specific products and is currently available in selected regions within Ontario. We are diligently working to extend this service across Canada.

How to Purchase Assembly Service

  • Visit the product page of the fitness equipment you wish to purchase.
  • Enter your postal code to check eligibility for the assembly service.
  • You'll see the assembly service fee and an "Add" button if the service is available in your area.
  • Click the "Add" button to include the assembly service with your order.
  • Complete your purchase. The payment for the assembly service will be processed together with your equipment order.
Note: The assembly service is only available with local delivery options. If an assembly service product is in your cart, other shipping options will not be visible or selectable.

What’s Included in the Assembly Service

  • Delivery to Your Room of Choice: We'll bring the item(s) into your preferred room inside the house or garage. Please note, only items with purchased assembly service will be brought in.
  • Unpacking and Inspection: We'll unpack your equipment, ensuring all parts are present and undamaged.
  • Professional Assembly: Following the manufacturer's instructions, we'll assemble your equipment correctly and safely.
  • Clean-Up: We'll remove and recycle the packaging and any assembly waste, leaving your space tidy.

What’s Not Included

  • Old Equipment Removal: Our team will not remove or recycle your old equipment.
  • Wall and Floor Mounting: Wall and floor mounting services are not included. If you require these additional services, please contact us for a quote and more details.

After completing your online purchase, our team will reach out to you to arrange a convenient delivery and assembly date. Please note, to streamline the process and reduce any inconvenience to you, we will deliver and assemble your fitness equipment during the same visit. This ensures a hassle-free experience, getting your equipment ready for use as swiftly as possible.
