    Does the job

    This bar weighs 10 pounds. Personally I would have liked the grip angle to be slightly closer to perpendicular, but this angle is still much easier on my wrists than a straight bar.

    The bar is perfect for any exercise requiring a bar bell. I gave it a five star rating partly because the size of threads on the end of the bar is universal and works with my other weights and twist clamps. It's even long enough to use for bench press exercises.
