    Preacher Curl

    Better than the other preacher curl if you are short otherwise get the other preacher curl with the fixed bench as this one moves a bit. Not gym quality but better than what most is offered out there.

    Excellent design and build

    Very pleased to note how stable and well built this unit is. All three posts are height adjustable and when locked in place, do not wobble (the bar support will have a very slight wobble side to side but this does not affect the use since the arm pad and seat are perfectly stable). The welds are on point and the padding is supreme. Plus, not always noticed in the picture, but the bar slots are lined with high density rubber which is definitely an added bonus. If this is the type of preacher curl assembly you're looking for -- I highly recommend this model.

    Excellent bench for the price. Allows me to fully adjust the bench to achieve my preferred lifting position. There is still a little "play" in the rest and seat, but it does not impact my lifts.

    The large space between bar holders is great for lifting big weight.
