The Amstaff Fitness SD-5000 All in One Smith Machine literally does have it all. The moment I saw this machine on display at the store, I knew I had to have it! With easy to change attachments, a smooth, gliding pulley system, and the capability of switching between weight stacks and add-on plates to the Olympic bar, you really are only limited by your imagination with this product. The lock in safety feature of the pulleys to the smith bar are also a nice addition to any home gym when training on your own. From upper body exercises to lower body routines, this machine has it all covered with the variety easily removable attachments. The best part is that I had the guys came out and assembled the machine in my home within a week of ordering it. Would highly recommend this equipment for any mid to high level exercise enthusiast.

Just wanted to drop a quick review of the AmStaff Fitness SD-5000 Smith Machine from Fitness Avenue. So, before I bought it, I checked out some other machines like the Atlas ones. But what really got me hooked on this one was the quality. Seriously, it's got top-notch finishes, like aluminum pulleys and pins, and the craftsmanship is on point.
And let's talk about versatility. This bad boy comes with some seriously useful attachments. My favorites? Gotta be the lat seat and pulley. They add a whole new level to my workouts. Oh, and don't even get me started on the hip thrust feature. It's a game-changer.
But here's the real kicker: you can use the Smith machine with weights, just the weight stack, or both. I haven't seen that in other machines before.
Overall, I'd give the AmStaff Fitness SD-5000 Smith Machine a solid 10 out of 5! It's seriously exceeded my expectations, and I'd totally recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their home gym.
