Purchase this bench during black Friday sales in 2024. Easy to assemble and setup and the bench is solid and sturdy. No leg attached option for this bench but I did not require one. High recommend this bench especially for those just starting off.

While the instructions aren’t a step by step guide and the diagram shows a lot of unnecessary information that make it look more complicated than it is. Putting it together was ultimately super easy and took about 45 mins. Once you get the hang of it it was probably the easiest thing I’ve ever put together and could have done it in 15 mins on a second try. Literally just 14 bolts and nuts. No tools are included so make sure you have two adjustable wrenches on hand.
Does what it’s meant for and has not a mm of wobble:

this bench was a massive improvement from my starter bench that was starting to crack with heavier lifts. solid, more durable build and more angles on the back and seat. gotta commend Fitness Avenue for their commitment to making good exercise equipment well-priced and accessible to the public.

I've had this AmStaff bench for over 3 years now, and it’s been one of the best investments for my home gym. I paid over $300 for it, and it’s worth every cent. The quality and durability are top-notch; it still looks and functions like new. Adjusting it is super easy, whether I'm doing incline presses or flat bench work. The foam pads are another plus – they’re really supportive and comfortable, no matter how heavy I go. Couldn't be happier with this bench!
