    AmStaff TS015L heavy duty flat bench

    The AmStaff TS015L flat bench is a sold workout bench that does not wiggle or move during my workouts. Only concern is the wood backing could be more solid but the strong metal supports are doing their job. Good bench at a good price. I recommend it for your home gym.

    Great Bench

    Purchased 2 benches for our CrossFit gym. Work perfect for our location. Sturdy, easy to assemble! Was able to snag them on a Black Friday sale!
