    As far as flat benches go. This is a great bench of extraordinary value.

    I am a powerlifter. This bench matches competition bench in height as well as the single front support. This also ensures there will be no wobble. It is also built very sturdy. Thought the manufacturer has a weight limit, I think the way it is built it would be near impossible to load this bench with an unsafe amount of weight.l

    My only complaint is that when comparing this to a competition bench press, the bench pad is 1 inch too narrow, which is very common in benches of this price range.
