    Standard - must have

    If you get a set of olympic weights and a bar, get a pair of these. Why bother with the spring collars - these work perfectly fine.

    Decent but a little tough to unlatch

    Have used versions of these that were much easier to unlatch. Maybe in the future they'll become easier. Having said that, million times better than what comes with Olympic bars by default. Will keep using but will also look for better ones.
